The idea of setting resolutions, starting fresh, has been tried and true for so many people.

I'm not one of them.

Now, don't get me wrong, there's nothing inherently *wrong* with doing so. It just doesn't work for me. At least, in that format. Instead, I've decided to adopt a "word" or phrase for the year that I will use to impact my day to day actions - intentional.
